Seafood Platter

Being so close to the Adriatic it would be a shame not to take advantage of all that it has to offer. So we bring to you our fine dining seafood platter;

  • Tuna ceviche with avocado and pickled fennel
  • Pan fried fish of the day
  • Moroccan styled mussels
  • crispy calamari with lemon mayonnaise with sides of;
    Handcut chips
  • Summer ratatouille salad


  • Peach tarte tatin with crème fraîche

A More Relaxed Lunch

If you would like a more relaxed lunch then take a look at our snack menu;

  • Selection of homemade pizzas fresh from the outdoor wood fired oven
  • Homemade beef burgers with melted cheddar cheese, streaky bacon, BBQ sauce served with fries and salad
  • Cajun chicken burger in fresh ciabatta, spiced sweet potato wedges with a side salad
  • Club sandwich with french fries
  • Chicken fajitas with all the extras

A typical summery lunch for everyone;

Fine Dining At It's Best

This is our fine dining menu which we like to offer to all our Sereno Escape guests.

  • Evening Aperitivo;
    • Prosecco
  • Canapés;
    • Deep fried truffle gnocchi with a pecorino sauce
    • crispy prawn cornet with a sweet chilli jam
    • chilled tomato gazpacho with a cucumber granita
  • Entree;
    • Pan seared scallops with a pea, mint and chilli salsa, garlic and caper butter, crisp prosciutto and a spring onion and radish salad
  • Mains;
    • Sous vide duck breast,  duck skin crisp, sweet potato fondant with charred asparagus, pickled tempura onion rings and a pomegranate jus
  • Desert;
    • White chocolate mousse with a cardamon espuma and clementine sorbet
  • Cheese;
    • Selection of local cheeses and homemade chutney

We would like to offer you a truly traditional Italian experience everything homemade using locally sourced ingredients served dish after dish as it is prepared in the kitchen.
